  • How can I pay for my order?

Payment is accepted from a major credit card such as American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover or from a PayPal account.

  • Which popular payment methods you do NOT accept?

Checks or money orders are currently NOT accepted as payment.

  • Are gift cards available online and in your store?

Gift Cards are available for an in-store purchase only, please visit one of our showrooms located in Brooklyn or Staten Island.

  • How is the Tax calculated on my purchase?

The amount of tax charged on your order will depend upon many factors including the buyer’s information, type of item purchased, and destination of the shipment.

  • How do I use my discount coupon code?

Type the coupon code into the designated area during the checkout process and click Apply.


Delivery & Shipping

  • What shipping methods are available for my order?

The standard shipping option for orders is UPS Ground. Express shipping is available via services such as UPS Second Day Air and UPS Next Day Air.

  • Which locations do you ship to and which locations are excluded?

We ship within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally.

  • Do you ship orders to a PO Box?

Orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box.

  • How is the shipping charge calculated?

The shipping charge is calculated based on the service selected, weight of the order and the destination of the shipment.

  • How can I track the shipping of my order?

An e-mail is sent out containing the tracking information for your order. You can always check your package delivery status on our website - at the Tracking page.

  • How can my order be split and shipped to multiple addresses?

Select the Checkout using Multiple Addresses option when checking out. Additional charges may apply.



  • Does McDonald Paper accept returns?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

  • How do I return an item I purchased?

Please contact us at 718-369-0600 or at to initiate a return and to receive a return authorization number. Returns that are received without a return authorization will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.

  • How and when do I receive a refund for my returned purchase?

To receive a full refund, returned items must be in the original condition and original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment.
