Returns Policy

If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase from North American Crystal, contact us at 877-607-7575 or at sales@northamericancrystal.com within 14 days and we will give you a refund. Please note that in order to make a return, you should first receive a return authorization number. Returns made without an authorization number are not accepted and will be sent back to the sender. To get a full refund, your item must be unused, in the same conditions and original packaging that you receive it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it (usually within 72 hours) and approve your return. If your return is approved, we will proceed with the refund and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment. Please pay attention that we mostly charge a 20% restocking fee.

Damaged Items

The carrier company is liable for damage or loss of delivered items. For being sure that your product is in good condition and correctly packed, please inspect it properly before signing the delivery receipt. If you take the goods from the transportation company, it means that items were delivered without shortage or damage. But if the damage or shortage has occurred, you should note the nature and extent of this damage or shortage on the freight bill and immediately request an inspection by the carrier. After inspection, you need to file a claim to rectify damages to your items. Please contact us for help in filing your claim. Be aware that damaged items cannot be returned without a return authorization number.

Items Shipped In Error

If unfortunately, you receive the incorrectly shipped item, please contact our customer service team at 877-607-7575 as soon as you receive it to report the issue. We will arrange the return of your order and immediately ship you the new correct item.

Defective Items

If your item arrives faulty but is not damaged during the shipping, please call us at 877-607-7575 to report the issue as soon as you receive the defective item. We will arrange the return of your order and ship you the new item costless.

Policy Exceptions

Unfortunately, items in used condition cannot be returned.
