Duties & Responsibilities:

McDonald Paper is looking for a career orientated sales representative with the potential to grow into a management position. This key sales professional is responsible for achieving and exceeding territory sales goals, developing new business and maintaining excellent customer relations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed territory sales goals through consultative selling, relationship building, cold calls and referrals.
  • Place orders directly through custom order entry system
  • Work with the credit department to maintain customers’ account balances and assist in collections when needed
  • Develop product knowledge expertise to advise/sell foodservice professionals about their equipment and supply needs

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent organization and time management skills (ability to set and meet deadlines)
  • Fluency in Russian, Polish, or Spanish is a big plus

McDonald Paper is seeking for a part-time Administrative Assistant with at least 2 yrs minimum of bookkeeping and administrative experience. 

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, proficiency with QuickBooks -- a huge plus.

Duties & Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Help Accounting Dep't with bookkeeping (AR and AP) responsibilities.
  • Provide administrative support to Manager of Operations while interfacing with customers and vendors.
  • Support CFO and Managers of Operations.
  • Data Entry.
  • Document Management. 
  • Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and    identifying solutions.
  • Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and      trends. 
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
